What you’ll discover

What you’ll do: Get a first look at five changes planned for THRYV 1.1.0, from a refreshed Home experience to a gentler way to wake. This preview covers the features announced so far; a few more are staying under wraps.

THRYV 1.1.0 is planned to launch at the end of September. Here’s what you can look forward to in the update.

Think of this as a preview rather than a checklist. Read about the features that interest you, then decide which ones you’d like to explore when the release arrives. The sections below cover the changes confirmed for this announcement, without guessing at the features still being kept secret.

The refreshed Home brings THRYV Score, Daily Energy and personal insights together.

A clearer whole-health view

The refreshed Home experience is designed to bring more of your wellbeing picture together in one place. You’ll see THRYV Score, Daily Energy and personal insights as part of the same broader view, making it easier to check in on how your day is shaping up.

THRYV Score gives you an overall score, while Daily Energy and personal insights add other perspectives to your day. Each feature has its own role, so you can explore the details that matter to you instead of relying on one number to tell the whole story. This is a change to the way the Home experience brings these pieces together.

A clearer view of your trends

THRYV 1.1.0 will also make it easier to explore more health trends. These include sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen (SpO₂) and VO₂ Max. Seeing these measures together can help you review your own readings over time.

You can browse the trends that are relevant to your routine and look at how they change across days. The aim is to make the information easier to find and follow, not to turn a single reading into a verdict about your health.

Celebrate achievements along the way

Achievements add another way to stay motivated as you use THRYV. They recognize milestones across your wellbeing routines and give progress a visible moment of its own. Whether you’re building consistency or reaching a new target, the feature is intended to help you notice the effort you’ve put in.

You don’t need to compare your progress with anyone else. Achievements are there to make your own milestones easier to spot and celebrate.

A gentler way to wake

Smart Wake is a new wake-up option for people who use THRYV with a linked Apple Watch. It aims to wake you during lighter sleep, so your morning can begin at a more comfortable moment within the wake experience you set up.

If you’d like a little sound, you can choose optional rain, waves or brown noise. The sounds are there to ease you into the morning; choose the option that suits you, or keep the experience quiet. Smart Wake is one of the more practical changes in this release, especially if you want your wake-up routine to feel less abrupt.

More app languages

THRYV 1.1.0 will offer more app languages, giving more people a choice of the language they use in the app. Language affects how comfortable it feels to move between features, so a wider choice can make everyday use more approachable.

This preview doesn’t list the new languages by name. You’ll be able to see the choices available when the update arrives.
