Some days, keeping track of your routine takes more effort than the routine itself. You remember what you ate, notice how much you moved and wonder how you slept, but those details can feel scattered. A list of numbers may tell you what happened without making it easy to decide where to look next.

THRYV brings food, movement and rest into one daily view. The idea is straightforward: Fuel + Move + Rest → one THRYV Score → one practical next action. Start with an overview, explore the part of your day that interests you and choose something manageable.

A daily picture, with room for context

Home is a place to begin with your THRYV Score, Daily Energy and health trends. Instead of looking at each part of your routine in isolation, you can see food alongside activity and sleep, then explore the details that matter to you.

Think of the numbers as context, rather than a verdict on your day. The data available can vary, so your overview may not always contain the same information. A quick glance is an invitation to look more closely; it does not mean every number needs your attention or every part of your routine needs changing.

From breakfast to a quieter evening

Picture an ordinary weekday. Breakfast is over, you have a busy afternoon ahead and you want to spend a moment checking in before moving on. You open THRYV, look at your daily picture and decide which area is useful to explore today.

Fuel: bring meals into your day

In Fuel, you can explore meal ideas, look through recipe details and use the food logging options to record what you eat. That gives food a place in your daily picture, alongside the other parts of your routine.

You might simply look up a recipe that caught your eye or add a meal you have already eaten. There is no need to turn that moment into a complete overhaul. Choose the option that fits what you want to do right now.

Move: see activity in the wider picture

Movement is another part of the same day. Looking at activity alongside food and sleep gives you a way to review your routine together, rather than treating each area as a separate task. You can return to Home and your health trends when you want to take a broader look.

For example, after a walk, your next action might be as small as opening your daily overview and reviewing the information available. The useful step is the one you choose, not a requirement to do more.

Rest: make space to check in

As evening arrives, Rest gives you somewhere to review sleep, check in with your mood and explore sleep sounds. You might look at your sleep information, pause to record how you feel or choose a sound while you take time to unwind.

These are different ways to pay attention to your day. You can explore the one that feels relevant without needing to work through every feature.

Begin with one small step

You do not need a new routine before you start. Try these three simple steps:

  • Look at Home. Explore your THRYV Score, Daily Energy and the information available today.

  • Choose one area. Open Fuel, review your activity or visit Rest, depending on what you want to understand.

  • Take one practical action. Log a meal, check in with your mood or review your daily plan. Daily Plan requires THRYV Pro, and some other features require a subscription.

The aim is a clearer view of the routine you already have, with a manageable place to begin. For more about the app, read the THRYV 1.1.0 release announcement, or explore THRYV on the App Store.
